I was in town for work for 2 weeks and found this sports bar as soon as I arrived. It's absolutely amazing! Very high end, up scale, sports bar Zachary is one of the managers and he made my experience SO awesome! Rocko is also amazing! I was wanting to watch TEXAS A&M v LSU the same night M Stats with playing UM. Of course, everyone wanted to watch that game, and even the World Series was on. They gave me ONE tv. Zach really made it happen. I was there for 2.5 hours prior to the game praying to God I'd be able to watch this Aggies BTHO LSU! It was such a great night. I never got to eat anything except some of the nachos my friends ordered, but it was good:) It was veryyyy busy for college game night, but, I went back for Thursday night football, also Halloween evening, and it was packed at all. It is very clean!! If you're in Detroit, make sure to check out this place :)

This spot is pretty good if you're looking for tacos. We didn't realize that if you make a reservation for the rooftop that they only serve tacos. The service was pretty good. But the menu lacked variety. Afterward we went downstairs and sat at the bar for a drink. The drinks were good and the bartenders were amazing. Next time I will be trying the food in the restaurant instead of the rooftop. This spot also has a chill vibe. I'll definitely be back

Sunday brunch.. Good vibes.. Great service... My server Naria was really good and nice. Buffalo chicken quesadillas was really good, big portions, I had an order of truffle fries which was good as well with a lot of flavor. This was my first time here and I loved it.. Plenty of TV's to watch the games. Really good spot, looking forward to coming back and dining.

We gathered at Gilly's to kick back talk and I can't say it was the greatest experience but it wasn't bad either. Initially we could tell that a few staff members were kind of irritated about the various requests that we made: moving our table, asking for more seats, and then eventually moving upstairs...as we had a larger crowd than anticipated. What was dope, was that downstairs you have the sports bar type feel but when you go to the rooftop, it was on your Mexican type vibe. However, you can't order what they have downstairs, on the rooftop. They did make exceptions for us as we placed our order without knowing that bit of information...but we did still order more food on the rooftop. The food was pretty good. I totally forgot to take photos because we were too busy talking but the bang bang broccoli was fire, truffled fries were a hit. While on the rooftop, we ordered the nachos which were good, it was a huge plate. Very shocking... but we ended up having a good time.

We were lucky enough to sit on the rooftop of Gilly's where we had a great waitress. The taco and tequila idea is so cute. The rooftop is decorated to match the theme and it's adorable. We had a large party and ordered tons of drinks. Everyone seemed to enjoy the different kinds of margaritas. We also ordered chips and salsa / guac. They give you a TON of chips, but could give a little bit more of the dips to even it out. We had a lot of chips left over once we were through with the dips. We also ordered tacos. The prices are very reasonable. My favorite was the braised short rib taco. Overall great experience! I'll be back! Side note: The food menu does not quite make sense and definitely needs to be reworked. They have an area where tacos are listed for anywhere from $12-$33 for three tacos... but then there's another section that says you can mix and match any tacos you want on the menu for $12. Definitely does not add up.

Service at the bar was excellent. Great location with some outdoor seating. The place was packed on a Sunday! We only got drinks, I enjoyed the Boston Garden of Eden and my hubby got a beer. This sports bar seems like a great spot to watch some games, enjoy the atmosphere and I can't wait for the rooftop to open (May 5th). Fun times in Detroit, it's a great addition.
